The beautiful Princes Bridge is a fine example of 19th Century bridge building. With three arches, each one a hundred feet long and spans made of wrought iron, the bridge crosses the Melbourne Yarra River at a key junction between St Kilda Road and Swanston Street in the Melbourne CBD.
Next to the bridge are other key landmarks of Melbourne including the Arts Centre, Flinders Street Train Station and the much newer and celebrated Melbourne Federation Square.
Getting here - Just next to Flinders Street Train Station the tourist City Circle Tram (no 35) will take you past there. Or catch any bus, tram or train to Flinders Street Train Station. See a Melbourne Map Map of Melbourne - Victoria Tourist Guide.
